About The Position
Behavioral Innovations is seeking an ABA Apprentice to serve as a bridge between graduate school and independent practice for individuals nearing the completion of their BCBA certification. This program offers a supportive environment with a dedicated Learning & Development team, tailored BCBA exam study plans, hands-on learning with experienced BCBAs, and structured mentorship. The goal is to guide apprentices toward passing the BCBA exam and securing a BCBA role within the company, with opportunities for future growth into leadership, clinical specialties, or training roles.
Requirements
- Within 6 months of completing a BACB verified Masters/Post Graduate coursework sequence
- Active RBT certification
- At least 60% of BACB supervision requirements completed
- Reliable transportation
Responsibilities
- Assist with indirect supervision tasks for a mini-caseload of learners.
- Conduct therapy with clients on assigned BCBAs respective caseload.
- Support Board Certified Behavior Analysts and provide staff and caregiver training.
- Assist BCBA with parent communication and analyze client data.
- Research literature related to client programs.
- Oversee implementation of behavior-analytic programs by others.
- Complete Monthly Mock Exams.
- Follow a tailored BCBA Readiness Plan.
