ABA Therapist
About The Position
Early Autism Services is hiring ABA Therapists to provide engaging, one-to-one applied behavior analysis therapy to children ages 2–11. Therapists follow treatment plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), track children’s progress through data collection, and work with families and the care team. Services are primarily provided in clinic settings and may sometimes take place in homes or the community. The role includes paid training, ongoing supervision, and guidance from experienced BCBAs, supervisors, and mentors. BCBA supervision and training are in person; telehealth is not used for either. The posting notes that RBAIs may have the opportunity to transition to full-time hours as caseloads grow.
Requirements
- RBAI certification or willingness to obtain it.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Ability to walk, run, sit, kneel, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds during interactive sessions with children.
Responsibilities
