About The Position

Above and Beyond Therapy is seeking individuals with experience working with children, particularly those with autism, to become Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBTs). The company offers paid training to help candidates achieve RBT certification. This role involves providing in-home or center-based services to help children develop essential skills such as behavior management, toileting, feeding, compliance, and other developmental and educational tasks. Requirements

Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder
Effective communication in the English language, including verbal and written communication
The ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families
Valid state identification card
Reliable transportation
Must pass a criminal background check
Must have a vehicle and valid driver's license to commute from each location and be prompt to appointments

Nice To Haves

Experience working with children
Experience providing skills such as behavior management, toileting, feeding, compliance, and other developmental and educational tasks

Responsibilities

Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the home or in clinic environments
Implement individualized treatment plans and programs as written by the supervising BCBA
Data collection and session note submission
Collaborate with peers and supervisors
Participate regularly in staff meetings and trainings
Commute from each location with a vehicle and valid driver's license and be prompt to appointments
Other duties as assigned
