About The Position

Behavioral Innovations is seeking an ABA Apprentice to serve as a bridge between graduate school and independent practice for individuals nearing their BCBA certification. This program offers a supportive environment with a dedicated Learning & Development team, tailored BCBA exam study plans, hands-on learning with experienced BCBAs, and structured mentorship. Apprentices will gain practical experience by assisting with supervision tasks, conducting therapy, supporting BCBAs, training staff and caregivers, analyzing client data, researching literature, overseeing program implementation, completing mock exams, and following a BCBA Readiness Plan. The program provides a clear path to a BCBA role within the company, with opportunities for future growth into leadership, clinical specialties, or training positions. Requirements

Within 6 months of completing a BACB verified Masters/Post Graduate coursework sequence
Active RBT certification
At least 60% of BACB supervision requirements completed
Reliable transportation

Responsibilities

Assist with indirect supervision tasks for a mini-caseload of learners.
Conduct therapy with clients on assigned BCBAs respective caseload.
Support Board Certified Behavior Analysts and provide staff and caregiver training.
Assist BCBA with parent communication and analyze client data.
Research literature related to client programs.
Oversee implementation of behavior-analytic programs by others.
Complete Monthly Mock Exams.
Follow a tailored BCBA Readiness Plan.
