About The Position

This ABA Apprentice program at Behavioral Innovations is designed to serve as a bridge for individuals who have nearly completed their degree and are accumulating supervision hours for their BCBA exam. The program offers a structured environment to learn from experienced BCBAs, apply skills in clinical settings, and follow a personalized study plan with support from a dedicated Learning & Development team. The goal is to prepare apprentices for the BCBA exam and their first BCBA role, with clear paths for future growth within the company into leadership, clinical specialties, or training roles.

Requirements

  • Within 6 months of completing a BACB verified Masters/Post Graduate coursework sequence
  • Active RBT certification
  • At least 60% of BACB supervision requirements completed
  • Reliable transportation

Responsibilities

  • Assist with indirect supervision tasks for a your own mini-caseload of learners.
  • Conduct therapy with clients on assigned BCBAs respective caseload.
  • Support Board Certified Behavior Analysts and provide staff and caregiver training.
  • Assist BCBA with parent communication and analyze client data.
  • Research literature related to client programs.
  • Oversee implementation of behavior-analytic programs by others.
  • Complete Monthly Mock Exams
  • Follow a tailored BCBA Readiness Plan
