ABA Apprentice
About The Position
Behavioral Innovations is seeking an ABA Apprentice for their Midwest City Treatment Center. This program is designed for individuals who have nearly completed their degree and are accumulating supervision hours for the BCBA exam. The program aims to provide a bridge between graduate school and independent practice by offering learning from experienced BCBAs, application of skills in clinical settings, and a personalized study plan with support from a dedicated Learning & Development team. The program emphasizes tailored BCBA exam study plans, hands-on learning with experienced BCBAs, structured mentorship, and clear pathways to a BCBA role within the company, with opportunities for further growth into leadership, clinical specialties, or training roles.
Requirements
- Within 6 months of completing a BACB verified Masters/Post Graduate coursework sequence
- Active RBT certification
- At least 60% of BACB supervision requirements completed
- Reliable transportation
Responsibilities
- Assist with indirect supervision tasks for a your own mini-caseload of learners.
- Conduct therapy with clients on assigned BCBAs respective caseload.
- Support Board Certified Behavior Analysts and provide staff and caregiver training.
- Assist BCBA with parent communication and analyze client data.
- Research literature related to client programs.
- Oversee implementation of behavior-analytic programs by others.
- Complete Monthly Mock Exams
- Follow a tailored BCBA Readiness Plan
