About The Position

The 6AM Ship from Store Associate is a Brand Representative who helps provide a world-class shopping experience and contributes to the success and profitability of the retail business. The role includes welcoming guests, helping them find merchandise, offering styling recommendations, achieving sales goals, maintaining product knowledge, and supporting store presentation and operations. Associates also process transactions, returns, and exchanges; assist with inventory tasks; follow company policies and safety protocols; and remain flexible to business needs. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and available to work nights and weekends.

Requirements

Must be 18 years or older.
Must be available to work nights and weekends.
Ability to stand and walk for extensive periods throughout the workday.
Ability to bend, stoop, reach, lift, and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds.
Ability to climb occasionally to frequently.
Manual dexterity sufficient to operate registers, scanners, and other electronic equipment.
Visual and auditory abilities sufficient to complete essential tasks.
Ability to communicate with others to exchange information.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests, determine their needs, help them find merchandise, and offer styling recommendations.
Achieve personal sales goals and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell.
Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals, maintain store standards, and provide a world-class guest experience.
Maintain thorough knowledge of merchandise features, benefits, and pricing.
Stock and organize shelves and displays, keeping them visually appealing.
Keep the store clean, neat, and well-maintained.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently using a point-of-sale system.
Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments, checking stock levels, and conducting inventory counts.
Follow company policies, procedures, guidelines, and safety protocols.
Process returns and exchanges according to company policy while ensuring guest satisfaction.
Report to work as scheduled, accurately record time worked, and remain flexible to business needs.
