About The Position

The 340B Program Administrator is responsible for the administration, compliance oversight, financial management, reporting, and operational performance of the 340B Drug Pricing Program across Tulane Doctors clinical sites. The position serves as the primary institutional resource for 340B compliance and program integrity, ensuring adherence to all applicable HRSA, OPA, Ryan White, grant-funded program, and institutional requirements. The Administrator oversees program financial activities, including contract pharmacy performance, rebate and revenue reconciliation, program income monitoring, budget oversight, and financial reporting. The role also supports grant-funded programs associated with 340B activities by assisting with budget management, allowable cost monitoring, financial reporting, and compliance with sponsor requirements. Working collaboratively with clinical operations, pharmacy partners, finance, compliance, and School of Medicine leadership, the Administrator maintains audit readiness, develops operational improvements, analyzes program performance, and ensures accurate reporting across all participating sites.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of 340B program regulations, HRSA requirements, and Ryan White program requirements.
  • Experience with healthcare finance, budgeting, financial reconciliation, and program income management.
  • Experience managing grants, sponsored programs, or restricted funding sources.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to interpret regulatory and contractual requirements and implement operational processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and reporting tools.
  • Experience with electronic health record systems and healthcare reporting platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex regulatory environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and ensure HIPAA compliance.
  • Bachelor's Degree and four (4) years of directly related experience in healthcare administration, 340B program management, grants management, finance, compliance, or healthcare operations.
