About The Position

The 2nd Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in delivering an exceptional employee and guest experience and driving profitable sales growth. The role contributes to team development, guest engagement and loyalty, store presentation, operational execution, inventory management, expense control, and achievement of Key Performance Indicator goals. The position requires working in a fragrance-filled environment and flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Requirements

High school completion or equivalent GED.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in retail software and Microsoft Office.
Strong analytical skills.
Solution-oriented.
Ability to work in a fragrance-filled environment.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Maintain store appearance by executing visual standards, plan-o-grams, planning, visual maintenance, signage, and store cleanliness.
Assist with business analysis and create action plans to execute operational activities effectively.
Help identify root causes and create action plans that drive results.
Ensure clear and effective team communication that creates understanding and alignment.
Support inventory management and control expenses.
Incorporate safety and loss prevention measures into daily activities and follow company policies and the Code of Ethics.
Achieve or exceed KPI goals through strategic planning, effective execution, and continuous performance improvement.
