2027 Summer Internship

Mission Critical Group

About The Position

Mission Critical Group (MCG) offers a paid, full-time, nine-week summer internship program in 2027. Interns own a scoped project with measurable outcomes, work with a dedicated mentor and manager, and present their results to leadership at the end of the summer. The program includes structured onboarding, plant and site tours, exposure to how power infrastructure is built, intern cohort programming, ongoing feedback, and a discussion about future opportunities. Interns are recruited across six career families: Engineering; Design & Drafting; Quality & Testing; Supply Chain & Planning; Finance & Accounting; and HR & Learning. Specific assignments vary by team.
