About The Position

Sanofi is seeking a highly motivated graduate-level co-op to join its Early-Stage Drug Product Development (EDPD) team in Framingham, Massachusetts. Over the six-month project, the co-op will contribute to biopharmaceutical development and gain hands-on experience in protein stability assessment, analytical method application, and data-driven decision-making supporting formulation and process development. The role also supports cycle-1 studies, including in-use studies, formulation development, and process development. The co-op will serve as an analytical contributor supporting the Research-to-Development transition of biologic drugs and the development of successful commercial formulations. Work includes developability assessments, preformulation studies, formulation and drug product process development, and innovation projects investigating molecular determinants of high-concentration solution behavior and patient-centric product development. The co-op will present data to department and project teams, conduct technology-development experiments, and ensure thorough, compliant experimental data capture.
