About The Position

Sanofi is seeking a highly motivated graduate-level co-op to join its Early-Stage Drug Product Development team in Framingham, Massachusetts. This six-month project offers hands-on experience in biopharmaceutical development, protein stability assessment, analytical method application, and data-driven decision-making supporting formulation and process development. The co-op will also support cycle-1 studies, including in-use studies, formulation development, and process development. The role contributes to the Research-to-Development transition of biologic drugs and helps establish the basis for successful commercial formulations. The co-op will work on developability assessments, preformulation studies, formulation and drug-product process development, and innovation projects investigating molecular determinants of high-concentration solution behavior and patient-centric product development. The position includes presenting data to department and project teams and designing and performing technology-development experiments. The co-op must be enrolled in an accredited college or university throughout the program, be able to relocate to the office, and work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, for the full six-month duration. Applicants must be permanently authorized to work in the United States without requiring current or future employment-visa sponsorship. The listed hourly salary range is $45–$57, with compensation determined based on demonstrated experience.
