About The Position

Peak Charter Academy, located in Apex, North Carolina, opened in 2017 and serves students in grades K–8. The 1st Grade Teacher works with fellow teachers and support staff to meet students’ goals and individual needs, creates an engaging classroom conducive to learning, and uses curriculum and student data to support academic success. Curricular resources are available for teachers to select and implement based on student needs. The role also includes participation in professional development and orientation activities and other duties as assigned.
