About The Position

Quest Charter Academy is seeking a 4th Grade Teacher to support students' academic success and individual needs. The teacher will create an engaging, learning-conducive classroom and use the school's curriculum and student data to inform instruction. The role includes collaborating with teachers and support staff and participating in professional development and orientation activities. Quest Charter Academy serves students in grades K–8 and is located in Taylor, Michigan.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate professionally with fellow teachers and support staff to meet student goals and individual needs.
• Create, manage, and participate in professional development and orientation activities.
• Create a classroom environment that is engaging and conducive to learning.
• Implement curricular resources based on student needs.
• Analyze and use student data to inform teaching.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
