About The Position

Hamilton County Schools is hiring a fourth-grade interim teacher at DuPont Elementary. The position teaches Math to two classes and Science and Social Studies to the teacher’s homeroom. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required.
Valid Tennessee teaching license in Elementary Education (K–5), or current enrollment in an accredited teacher preparation program.
Strong content and classroom management skills.
Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
Commitment to high expectations and academic achievement for all students.
Openness to feedback, coaching, and continuous growth.
Passion for supporting the whole child academically and socially.

Nice To Haves

Experience in Title I or high-need school settings.

Responsibilities
