About The Position
Project Coordinator The Opportunity: We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented professional to support project and program management activities while leading technical writing and documentation efforts. You will collaborate with leadership and subject matter experts ( SMEs ) , and leverage the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear executive-level communications, and your experience managing multiple priorities in dynamic environments. You will combine project coordination expertise with strong technical writing, analytical, and process documentation skills to support the client. Join us. The world can’t wait.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a project or program manager
- 2+ years of experience as a Technical Writer
- Experience developing executive-level briefings and technical deliverables
- Experience working directly with leadership and technical subject matter experts
- Experience c ond ucting stakeholder outreach and leading meetings
- Experience managing multiple concurrent efforts in fast-paced environments
- Experience with using Micro sof t Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Visio
- Ability to work closely with technical and engineering teams to simplify complex concepts
- Secret clearance
- HS diploma or GED
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Micro sof t Project
- Experience with Power BI
- Experience tracking and maintaining project risks, actions and schedules
- Experience supporting governance models, cyber policy initiatives, or business process improvements
- Experience analyzing procurement, staffing or finan cia l data
- Knowledge of 508 compliance standards
