Project Coordinator The Opportunity: We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented professional to support project and program management activities while leading technical writing and documentation efforts. You will collaborate with leadership and subject matter experts ( SMEs ) , and leverage the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear executive-level communications, and your experience managing multiple priorities in dynamic environments. Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a project or program manager
• 2+ years of experience as a Technical Writer
• Experience developing executive-level briefings and technical deliverables
• Experience working directly with leadership and technical subject matter experts
• Experience c ond ucting stakeholder outreach and leading meetings
• Experience managing multiple concurrent efforts in fast-paced environments
• Experience with using Micro sof t Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Visio
• Ability to work closely with technical and engineering teams to simplify complex concepts
• Secret clearance
• HS diploma or GED

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Micro sof t Project
• Experience with Power BI
• Experience tracking and maintaining project risks, actions and schedules
• Experience supporting governance models, cyber policy initiatives, or business process improvements
• Experience analyzing procurement, staffing or finan cia l data
• Knowledge of 508 compliance standards
