About The Position
Performs basic daily functions in receiving, verifying, and preparing incoming shipments for storage.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- Basic computer skills required.
- Ability to read and write and basic math skills.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. as part of the job function.
Nice To Haves
- Forklift experience.
Responsibilities
- Ensures inventory accuracy through the proper receiving, verification, and identification of incoming parts.
- Follows established procedures for the preparation and preservation of inventory for storage.
- Forklift operation.
- Organizes the receiving area to maintain control of inventory, puts away material in the finished goods and raw material warehouses, loads and unloads freight trucks, performs cycle counts as directed.
- Assists in other areas of the department as directed.
