About The Position

Are you excited to join a talented team and help bring innovative technology to veterinary professionals? Jorgensen Laboratories is seeking a full-time, experienced, and dedicated veterinary technician to join our Technical Customer Support and Care team. This team-oriented role is primarily responsible for providing technical support and product education to veterinary clinics, distributors, and regional sales managers regarding Jorvet products and services.

Requirements

  • Minimum of five years (5) of experience in a veterinary clinic.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Products.
  • Strong communication and attention to detail skills.
  • Problem solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • Time management and the ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to prepare correspondence, develop reports and enter customer data as needed.
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
  • Possess and maintain a valid Driver’s License and applicable insurance.
  • CRM and Cloud Suite familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Promptly respond to all inbound customer calls and inquiries.
  • Deliver professional service while building strong relationships with customers.
  • Identify and assess customer needs through in-depth knowledge of products to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Serve as a product specialist for assigned product lines, supporting product launches and lifecycle activities.
  • Handle customer concerns and complaints by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives; follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Provide comprehensive product support for selected equipment, including troubleshooting and guiding customers through repair processes via customer service and technical support lines.
  • Collaborate closely with the outside sales team.
  • Participate in sales meetings and selected conferences as assigned.
