We are looking for a great speech therapist. WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT Perform comprehensive speech and language evaluations, treatment and related follow-up services including discharge planning. Document patient assessments and pertinent information in a timely manner. Complete appropriate goal re-assessment and discharge planning. Provide speech therapy, including selection and use of assistive equipment. Collaborate with patient and other healthcare personnel or outside agencies regarding coordination of care. Provide speech and language therapy according to standards of care defined by the state practice act and other professional and governing agencies. Train and educate patients and family members or others support and document understanding of treatment plan and goals.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree- Speech and Language Therapy- Required
  • 1 Year Speech Therapy Experience - Required
  • Speech Pathologist (SPE)- State Licensing Board - Required
  • American Speech Language and Hearing Association (ASHA) -Required
  • Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)- American Heart Association - Required
  • Driver's License - Required
  • Auto Insurance - Required

Nice To Haves

  • 1 Year Home Health Experience - Preferred
