About The Position
The Cocktail Server is responsible for taking and delivering customer orders, maintaining tables, ensuring guest satisfaction, and finalizing checks. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of menu items, liquor brands, and other beverage selections, as well as knowledge of casino services and local attractions to assist guests.
Requirements
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
- Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

- Experience working in a similar resort setting.
- Knowledge of beverages on the menu, including wine and champagne, major wines, liquor brands, beer, non-alcoholic beverages, designated glassware, terminology, and garnishes.
- Highly motivated and energetic personality.

- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and mentor a team.
Responsibilities
- Take and deliver customer orders efficiently and accurately.
- Prepare, garnish, and serve cocktails to guests.
- Maintain complete knowledge of menu items, liquor brands, beers, and non-alcoholic selections.
- Provide information on casino services, features, local attractions, and activities.
- Perform opening and closing duties, including stocking supplies, preparing service areas, and ensuring cleanliness.
- Resolve guest complaints within the scope of authority and report any unusual events or issues to management.
