About The Position
Join our team as a Catering Server, assisting with food service at resident and employee events at our Continuing Care Retirement Community! We offer flexible hours, a culture of diversity, inclusion, equity and belonging, quality of life with most restaurant employees out before 9pm, and growth opportunities as we open new communities and expand on existing ones. We also offer PTO in accordance with applicable state law and onsite medical centers providing wellness visits and sick care for all team members over 18 years of age.
Requirements
- Meet the state’s age requirement for serving alcohol
- Must be 18 years old
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays
- Good communication skills
Responsibilities
- Develop expertise in menu items, daily specials, and preparation methods to become a subject matter expert
- Enhance resident and guest engagement by sharing daily menu highlights and suggesting recommendations that are tailored to their preferences
- Record food and beverage orders with precision and accuracy
- Deliver an exceptional dining experience consistently
