About The Position
Southwestern Vermont Medical Center (SVMC), a member hospital of Dartmouth Health, is seeking experienced Advanced Practice Providers for their ExpressCare location in Bennington, VT. SVMC is an integrated health system with a 100-year history as an innovator in health care delivery. It includes a 99-bed hospital and 25 primary care and specialty practices in the greater Bennington area and nearby New York and Massachusetts. The position offers an engaged provider team invested in teamwork and optimal patient outcomes, supportive administration, quality care, and a focus on provider and patient satisfaction. The location in Bennington, Vermont, offers a quintessential New England experience with historic charm, a vibrant arts and culinary scene, and access to world-class outdoor recreation, providing an ideal setting for health care providers seeking purposeful practice with exceptional work-life balance.
Requirements
- At least 1-3 years of experience in an urgent care setting
- Graduate of an accredited APRN or PA academic program
- National specialty certification as FNP, WHNP, PNP, ANP or certification through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
- Eligible for RN licensure in the State of VT (APRN only)
- Eligible for APRN or PA licensure in the State of VT
- Eligible for Federal DEA Registration
- BLS certification

Benefits
- Salary range $126,000 - $140,000
- Incentive compensation may be available in addition to base salary
- Comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off and CME support)
- Sign-on bonus (subject to eligibility)
- Relocation stipend (subject to eligibility)
