About The Position
Essentia Health Fargo is seeking Registered Nurse(s) for our Intermediate Care and ICU Units. This role will work 36 hours per week, rotating 12 hour shifts with every 3rd weekend and every holiday rotation. The Registered Nurse is responsible for organizing and providing nursing care to patients through the process of assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. They delegate aspects of care to other nursing personnel based upon their licensure, preparation, and job descriptions. The role contributes to the meeting of the mission and goals of the facility and Essentia and meets the requirements of the Joint Commission if applicable and/or other federal, state, and local regulatory or accrediting agencies.
Requirements
- BSN or ADN degree from an accredited school or college of nursing
- Current nursing licensure in state(s) of employment
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within one month
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification within one year
Nice To Haves
- 1 year of IMC/ICU Experience Preferred
