About The Position

This position is for a Pool RN III B at Munson Healthcare, serving Critical Care, Telemetry, and Med/Surg units. The role is eligible for premium pay and offers flexible scheduling with differentials. The pool nurse will rotate through different units to ensure competency in each area. Requirements

  • Active Registered Nurse license in the State of Michigan
  • Minimum 2 years previous Critical Care experience required

  • Experience as a new graduate RN
  • Experience with multidisciplinary teams
  • Experience with providers, clinicians and support staff

Responsibilities

  • Covering ICU, A2, A3, A6 Recovery and Emergency Department as part of the Critical Care Pool.
  • Covering A4, A6 Recovery, A7, C2, C4 as part of the Telemetry Pool.
  • Covering B3, B4, C3 (Adult), D4, D5, D6, Rehab as part of the Med-Surg Pool.
  • Rotating through each pool unit to ensure competency in each area.
