About The Position

Flywheel Centers is seeking a dedicated BCBA to join our LA Vista clinic. This role is designed to provide the support and respect that BCBAs deserve, moving away from excessive administrative tasks and RBT chasing. Requirements

  • Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Active BCBA certification
  • Collaborative, team-oriented mindset
  • Strong commitment to ethical, high-quality care

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a clinic-based ABA setting.
  • Experience with QA systems and goal banks.

Responsibilities

  • Provide BCBA supervision to RBTs.
  • Conduct client assessments and develop treatment plans.
  • Oversee client progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Focus on clients and supervision while a liaison team handles scheduling and communication.
  • Utilize QA systems and goal banks to reduce busywork and streamline planning.
  • Manage a reasonable, high-quality caseload.
