You’ll gain hands-on experience across a wide range of HR functions including employee relations, onboarding, benefits administration, performance and attendance management, and safety support. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being a trusted resource for employees, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and wants to continue building broad HR generalist skills with strong mentorship and visibility. Under the general supervision of the Human Resources Director, the Human Resources Associate is responsible for day-to-day employee relations in our Belfast facility for the 2nd shift including performance, conduct, and attendance management, conflict resolution, onboarding, and benefits administration. The candidate in this role will be first aid certified and will be expected to address employee accidents and injuries as well as collaborate with Safety Officer on workers comp claims and other facility safety related matters. The hours for this job are flexible for the right person/fit.
