About The Position

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a plumber with a strong technical background and a commitment to customer education.
• Proven ability to explain plumbing issues clearly to customers, offering them not only immediate solutions to their problems but also providing preventative recommendations to avoid future issues.
• A sales-oriented mindset, understanding that explaining options and solutions to customers in an informative and consultative manner is essential to demonstrating your technical expertise.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and a commitment to adhering to safety regulations.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and a thorough understanding of plumbing systems.
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills, with a focus on upselling and providing added value.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional plumbing services, prioritizing customer satisfaction in every interaction.
• Perform repairs and installations with skill and attention to detail.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services or products that would benefit the customer.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all customer and team interactions.
• Foster and maintain lasting relationships with customers by actively listening to their concerns and providing tailored solutions.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance on every job site, adhering to all plumbing codes and company protocols.
• Proactively respond to customer needs, providing recommendations based on their requirements and budget.
• Assist customers in understanding complex plumbing issues and offer solutions in a clear and approachable manner.
• Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying additional services and products that align with customer needs.
