About The Position
Innovate Rehab and Wellness is a leading skilled healthcare provider with over 25 years of experience, owned by therapists and veterans. They are dedicated to industry-leading, patient-centered care and offer a supportive, collaborative clinical team. This role focuses on one-on-one patient care, with a low percentage of group/concurrent treatments, and promotes a realistic work-life balance. There is a strong emphasis on clinical outcomes, patient satisfaction, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
Requirements
- Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy (accredited program)
- Valid state PT license
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and patient-care skills
- CPR certification preferred
Nice To Haves
- Clinical experience preferred; new grads welcome
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and identify movement and functional limitations
- Create and lead individualized treatment plans
- Help restore movement, function, and quality of life
- Work closely with an interdisciplinary team for optimal recovery
- Perform comprehensive PT evaluations
- Develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Provide hands-on therapy: manual techniques, therapeutic exercise, mobility training
- Educate patients and caregivers on home programs and injury prevention
- Track and document progress; adjust plans as needed
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, OTs, and other clinicians
- Stay current with PT best practices through continuing education
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards
