About The Position
Quest Physical Therapy is a physical therapist-owned outpatient practice seeking a Physical Therapist for their clinic in Evans, GA. This role offers the opportunity to practice hands-on PT, take ownership of patient care, and develop into a future clinic leader. Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in Georgia
- Current CPR certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities
- Evaluating patients and creating individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Providing interventions such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and specialty modalities
- Educating patients and families on exercises, recovery, and injury prevention
- Tracking progress and adjusting plans as patients progress
- Collaborating with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintaining clear documentation in line with HIPAA and state/federal rules using state-of-the-art AI technology
