About The Position

Requirements

• Fluent in computer software that controls inventory management and parts look-up.
• Interpersonal skills to engage both customers and employees at all levels of communication.
• Willingness to train and be trained.
• Attentiveness to inventory pitfalls like obsolescence, returns, and accuracy.
• Previous Parts Manager experience preferred.
• Great organizational skills concerning the parts area and the parts department.
• High attention to detail when ordering parts.
• Previous CDK experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory management and parts look-up software.

• Train and be trained to the highest level of performance.
• Extract high CSI and exceptional parts department performance.
• Manage inventory pitfalls such as obsolescence, returns, and accuracy.
• Ensure the highest level of return on investment.
• Grow a parts department from infancy to its full potential.
