About The Position
Valley Pointe Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our premier, all in-house clinical team. Unlike other facilities, we do not use registry or contracted staff—we believe in building a stable, long-term environment for both our residents and our professionals. We are a specialized, 50-bed boutique rehabilitation facility focused exclusively on short-term recovery and getting patients back to their lives. We are proud to maintain a Five-Star rating for resident-centered care. The role involves joining a tenured team where the majority of colleagues have been with the facility for over 5 years, in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of admissions and diverse clinical challenges. The facility is located in the heart of Castro Valley.
Requirements
- Must be a dedicated Occupational Therapist.
- Must be able to join an all-in-house clinical team.
- Must be able to work in a specialized, 50-bed boutique rehabilitation facility focused exclusively on short-term recovery.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of admissions and diverse clinical challenges.
- Must be able to work in a Five-Star rated facility for resident-centered care.
- Must be able to work with a tenured team where the majority of colleagues have been with the facility for over 5 years.
