About The Position

The Caregiver-Certified Nursing Assistant provides direct resident care, assisting the resident to reach and maintain the highest level of functioning under the direction of a Registered Nurse in accordance with physician’s orders, company and industry standards and federal and state regulations. Encourages and promotes resident’s ability to adapt and adjust to living independently as speedily and safely as possible.

Requirements

  • Successfully completed the Certified Nursing Assistant program.
  • Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant.
  • Current required in-services.
  • Minimum age of 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

  • Provides direct resident care.
  • Assists residents to reach and maintain the highest level of functioning.
  • Encourages and promotes resident’s ability to adapt and adjust to living independently as speedily and safely as possible.
