About The Position
We are looking for individuals age 16+ to serve as lifeguards. As a lifeguard, you develop important skills such as communication, leadership and responsibility that will serve you for a lifetime! Some rewards for joining our team: Summer Retention Bonus: Support a safe and successful pool season—team members who work 300 hours between Memorial Day and Labor Day will earn a $500 bonus! Requirements
- Age 16+
- American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification or ability to pass the course
- Passionate about safety around water and strong swim skills
Responsibilities
- Ensuring the safety and surveillance of all pool participants
- Understanding and applying organizational safety procedures for the pool deck and aquatic areas
- Maintaining organization and cleanliness of the pool deck, including skimming and brushing
