Requirements

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in construction, landscaping, or a related labor-intensive field.
• Familiarity with basic hand and power tools.
• Certification in OSHA 10-hour or 30-hour safety training.
• Ability to operate light machinery such as forklifts or skid steers.

Responsibilities

• Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials and equipment on job sites.
• Prepare and clean work areas by removing debris, setting up tools, and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
• Support skilled tradespeople such as carpenters, electricians, and plumbers by providing necessary tools and materials.
• Operate basic hand and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
• Follow all safety guidelines and report any hazards or incidents to supervisors promptly.
• Perform manual labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and assembling temporary structures as required.
• Maintain equipment and tools by cleaning and performing routine inspections.
• Adhere to project schedules and communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow.
