About The Position

Requirements

• Three to five years of experience working in a graphic designer environment.
• A portfolio of work is required.
• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Microsoft applications.
• Project and time management skills and problem-solving aptitude.
• Ability to work collaboratively as a team player.
• A keen eye and attention to detail.
• Ability to produce work at a high level while adhering to deadlines and manufacturer requirements.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

Nice To Haves

• A college degree in graphic design is strongly preferred.
• Experience with printing and print production technology.
• Photography and photography techniques.

Responsibilities

• Design creative graphics for different types of marketing materials as needed.
• Understand project requirements and scope of work.
• Prepare final production files for release into print production.
• Maintain the job filing system.
• Present creative ideas to project stakeholders.
• Conduct market research for product competitive set analysis.
• Apply an understanding of how layout, typography, and imagery work together in a composition.
• Use feedback from team members and stakeholders to improve project outcomes.
• Perform other duties as required and/or assigned.
