About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience, in information systems, computer science, business, engineering, or a related field
• 10+ years of progressive technology leadership experience, including senior leadership responsibility for enterprise systems, infrastructure, cybersecurity, or digital transformation
• Strong knowledge of enterprise technology strategy, cybersecurity governance, cloud platforms, infrastructure operations, data governance, vendor management, business continuity, and digital enablement
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage budgets, influence executive stakeholders, and translate business strategy into practical technology outcomes
• Exceptional leadership, communication, financial, analytical, and relationship management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, agile environment with sound judgment, professionalism, confidentiality, and servant leadership

Responsibilities

• Technology strategy and vision – developing and leading the enterprise technology roadmap and operating strategy in alignment with business goals
• AI and productivity transformation – evaluating and guiding the adoption of artificial intelligence, automation, and advanced analytics to improve productivity and business outcomes
• Cybersecurity leadership – advancing a proactive cybersecurity strategy that strengthens governance, risk management, business continuity, disaster recovery, and incident preparedness
• Scalable technology operations – ensuring secure, reliable, and business-focused delivery across enterprise applications, infrastructure, cloud services, networking, end-user computing, and service delivery
• Data and analytics enablement – building trusted information, governance, reporting, and analytics capabilities that improve decision-making
• Enterprise modernization – leading organizational change and process improvement to support long-term scalability, security, and operational efficiency
• Executive partnership – serving as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on technology opportunities, risks, investments, and innovation
• People and operating model leadership – building the structure, talent, and culture needed to support current operations and future growth
