About The Position

Requirements

• 1+ year of host(ess) experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant or hotel setting.
• Prior experience with multi-line phones, reservations software such as Open Table, and MICROS experience.
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, etc.
• Uplifting and polished presence with a genuine desire to enhance the guest experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Superior communication skills with fluency in English.
• High School Diploma required.
• Physically able to walk/stand for extended periods of time while on shift.

Nice To Haves

• Luxury fine dining luxury hotel host(ess) experience preferred.
• Bi-lingual abilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.
• Manage reservations and walk-in guests.
• Answer multi-line phones and direct calls.
• Utilize reservation software (e.g., Open Table) to manage seating.
• Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.
• Maintain a polished and organized front desk area.
• Enhance the guest experience with warm and gracious service.
