The Front Desk Agent will be responsible for greeting and communicating cordially with guests, promptly and professionally checking them in and out of the hotel. This role also involves assisting in pre-registration and blocking of reservations, accurately posting all charges, and managing cash handling. A comprehensive working knowledge of the Front Office computer or manual system, hotel rates, discounts, reservations, and cancellation/relocation procedures is required.
