About The Position
The Director of Dining Services is responsible for leading the overall dining operations for the Tech Corners account. This role oversees daily operations, manages a team of associates, and ensures a high-quality dining experience for all guests. The position partners closely with the culinary team and client leadership to deliver exceptional food, strong financial performance, and outstanding service.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or a related field preferred
- Three to five years of foodservice leadership experience
- Experience managing high-volume dining operations and catering services
- Strong financial management experience, including budgeting and P&L oversight
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to develop and motivate teams
- Interest in professional growth within a leading foodservice organization
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily dining operations, ensuring efficient service and a positive guest experience
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, guests, and internal departments
- Partner with the Executive Chef and leadership team to develop menus and maintain high food quality standards
- Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management
- Ensure compliance with company standards, food safety guidelines, and operational policies
- Implement and support new culinary initiatives and dining programs
- Develop and lead a high-performing team of associates
