• Close and distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 35 lbs. and occasionally lift/move 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prewash, wash, and sanitize all dirty dishware.
• Ensure all dishware meets the highest standards of cleanliness.
• Set up and break down dish pit as required.
• Restock all items as needed throughout the shift.
• Clean and maintain station while practicing exceptional safety, sanitation, and organizational skills.
• Properly use and maintain all equipment in the station.
• Assist with the cleaning, sanitation, and organization of the kitchen.
• Perform additional responsibilities as required by the Kitchen Manager or Assistant KM.
• Report to managers when something is broken or needs repair.
• Communicate professionally with co-workers.
• Follow opening and closing procedures.
• Work in a fast-paced and hot environment.
• Follow written and/or verbal instructions.
• Be flexible with job duties.
