About The Position
Kendall Auto Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Car Detailer to join their Fairbanks Budget Rental team. This role is ideal for individuals who are self-starters, eager to learn, and possess strong time management skills. Kendall Auto Group is a large, family-owned and operated dealership with a long history and a commitment to providing an unrivaled customer experience and being good stewards of their communities.
Requirements
- At least one year of detailing experience in a dealership setting, large shop, or detail shop
- Capacity to operate a wide variety of vehicles including cars, trucks, and vans, including hybrid models
- Good driving record
- Valid driver license
Responsibilities
- Washing and vacuuming vehicles
- Cleaning vehicle glass
- Chemically treating tires, vinyl, and other surfaces
- Driving and moving vehicles
- Fueling vehicles at an off-site location
- Inspecting vehicles to ensure they are road-ready
- Occasionally jumpstarting or charging vehicles
- Performing janitorial tasks inside and outside the detail shop
- Delivering and picking up vehicles at the Airport and Kendall locations
