Lead Sign Installer / Installation Technician

About The Position
Custom Sign Center is hiring an experienced Lead Sign Installer based in Columbus, Ohio. This role requires nationwide travel and the ability to lead installations for major signage programs.
Requirements
- 5+ years electrical sign installation experience
- Ability to operate crane and bucket trucks
- Crane operator certification preferred
- CDL license a plus
- Clean driving record
- Ability to travel nationwide

Responsibilities
- Install commercial signage including channel letters, pylon signs, monument signs, LED displays, and canopy signage
- Operate crane trucks and bucket trucks
- Set poles and perform structural sign installations
- Supervise job sites and train apprentice installers
- Troubleshoot and problem-solve during installations
- Travel nationally for installations (typically one week at a time)
