About The Position

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Availability between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. for at least three consecutive days per week.
• Live within the Miami metro area.
• Reliable, insured personal vehicle; ability to drive; and a valid driver's license in good standing.
• Reliable internet service and a phone capable of communicating with remote supervisors.
• Basic computer skills, including scanning documents, saving and renaming files, creating folders, and uploading to secure servers.
• Demonstrated punctuality, reliability, quality work, and ability to follow directions.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Dependability, punctuality for appointments, and clear communication with supervisors and the Regional Team.
• Business casual attire and professionalism at all times.
• Access to a high-speed internet connection.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn through training.
• Ability to roll and lift a 45-pound equipment case or maneuver a 25-pound soft case.
• Ability to comply with client-required post-offer health screenings and vaccination requirements, subject to applicable exemptions.

Responsibilities

• Visit provider offices to scan or upload assigned medical record charts using various EMR systems and Datavant-provided equipment.
• Professionally engage with healthcare providers while retrieving medical records.
• Communicate consistently with the remote team and provide daily updates on progress, challenges, and completed tasks.
• Manage the weekly schedule through Datavant systems, confirm and track appointments, and arrive prepared and on time.
• Use the designated platform to verify charts for retrieval, mark charts as retrieved, and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Work independently to meet chart retrieval accuracy and efficiency goals.
• Log work hours daily in the time management system and record mileage and reimbursements in the expense reporting system.
• Follow the Company’s Code of Conduct and policies and maintain HIPAA compliance.
• Cross-train in multiple departments to provide support and supplement hours as needed.
• Travel to other geographic areas for assignments if desired and opportunities are available.
• Assist with additional work duties or responsibilities as needed.
