About The Position
Join a fun and dynamic team in a role with plenty of opportunities to grow! This is a temporary, part-time position where you will provide outstanding customer service and process transactions efficiently. You will be responsible for making every customer's shopping experience enjoyable and memorable, suggesting complementary products, handling transactions carefully, explaining return policies, answering the phone professionally, and maintaining a clean work area. You will also need to follow company policies and procedures and perform other duties as needed to support the team.
Requirements
- Previous customer service experience
- Quick and methodical
- Ability to listen to customers’ needs to provide exceptional customer service
- Good with numbers
- Open to working holidays and longer hours during busy periods

- Provide friendly and efficient customer service to make every customer’s shopping experience enjoyable and memorable
- Suggest complementary products before processing the transaction
- Handle transactions at the cash register carefully and precisely

- Keep the work area clean and ensure all necessary supplies are available for efficient work
- Respect and follow the policies and procedures of various head office departments
- Perform other duties as needed to support the team
