Our Member Service Representatives deliver exceptional service while assisting members with their financial needs. They use their knowledge and pro-active problem-solving skills to educate members about our products and services. Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 6-months cash handling or equivalent experience
- Ability to work well in a team environment and support the credit union’s mission and values
- Dependable; punctual and regular attendance
Responsibilities
- Processing member transactions, i.e. deposits, withdrawals, transfers, cashing checks, loan payments, credit card cash advances etc.
- Issuing money orders, cashier checks, and hunting/fishing license tags
- Responsible for balancing drawer
- Completing various transaction reports
