About The Position
The responsibilities of an Express Tire & Lube Maintenance Manager include managing vehicle maintenance technicians as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards. Build customer loyalty by developing trust and ensuring confidence in our dealership as a caregiver for their vehicle safety and reliability.
Requirements
- Strong customer service with written and verbal communication skills
- Deep understanding of automobiles and speedy diagnostic abilities
- Effective analytical and communication skills with an eagerness to improve
- Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications
- Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Nice To Haves
- One year in a service department preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Manage those that perform lubrication, oil changes, maintenance, tire services and inspections
- Ensure tire pressure for proper inflation
- Inspect and refill fluid levels as necessary
- Communicate needed repairs to Parts and Service Associates
- Assist in maintaining store equipment and tools as needed
- Fill out Electronic Multi-Point Vehicle Inspection forms
- Rotate tires, torque lug nuts, and replace oil and oil filter
- Maintain a clean working environment as well professional appearance at all time
- Provide excellent customer service keeping in mind that our customer’s experience comes first
