About The Position
Amada Senior Care is urgently seeking compassionate, reliable caregivers in Alvin, Texas, who are willing to travel to surrounding areas. As a caregiver, you will provide non-medical, in-home support to help clients remain safe and comfortable in their homes.
Requirements
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screening
- Must be willing to travel within a 20 to 25-mile radius
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude
Nice To Haves
- Hands-on experience using a Hoyer lift and gait belt
- Caregiving or healthcare experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming)
- Provide medication reminders
- Assist with mobility, errands, and appointments
- Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
- Observe and report changes in condition
- Encourage independence and daily activities
