This is an excellent opportunity for a BCBA seeking a structured, well-supported clinical setting with consistent hours and a strong team culture.
Requirements
- Active BCBA certification
Nice To Haves
- Experience working with children with autism preferred
Responsibilities
- Oversee a small, manageable caseload during after-school hours
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Supervise and support RBTs in a collaborative, hands-on setting
- Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed
- Partner with families and your clinical team to support meaningful outcomes
