About The Position

At Northwood Ravin, we’re known for creating some of the most distinctive luxury apartment communities in the Southeast. That same level of care and precision extends beyond what residents see—it’s embedded in how we operate every day. We’re looking for a Bartender who takes pride in creating quality drinks, providing attentive service, and delivering a welcoming and memorable guest experience. In this position, you will lead the bar experience by preparing and serving beverages, engaging with guests, maintaining a clean and organized bar, and ensuring timely, professional service throughout each shift.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of bartending experience
  • Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and being on your feet for extended periods
  • Thoughtful, detail-oriented approach
  • Communicate clearly
  • Take ownership of your work
  • Dependable, collaborative

Nice To Haves

  • Solid foundation in hospitality, customer service, or a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to multitask, communicate clearly, and stay organized under pressure

Responsibilities

  • Mixing, garnishing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to company specifications for guests at the bar
  • Helping guests be aware of and choose items from the drink menu
  • Keeping the bar stocked and clean while always providing friendly and attentive service
  • Adhering to company standards for serving alcoholic beverages
  • Other duties as assigned
